Your team We are looking for reinforcement for the Group Property Law Department team. In close cooperation with the relevant business units, our department manages and supervises all legal matters of the OBI Group. As a trading company with a large network of stationary markets, real estate law is of great economic importance for us. In your role, you take the legal responsibility for German and international real estate and real estate law, in close cooperation with local colleagues abroad.

Support: Legal support of all matters relating to the OBI Group's real estate portfolio in Germany Contract design: creation, renewal and modification of commercial leases and support for the real-state sector in contract negotiations Project support: Legal support of other topics related to our real estate, for example in electricity supply contracts or cooperation agreements for renewable energies and sustainability Standard development: Joint development and implementation of the OBI Group's national and international standards in real estate law, including the development of contract patterns Legal development: Observing, evaluating and implementing new legal developments in real estate and real estate contract law Control: Support for relevant business areas in the performance of the contract, including the control of external law firms in disputes
