Manager Engineering & Maintenance (m/w/d)

Your role: As Head of Engineering and Maintenance, you assume the strategic and operational responsibility for ensuring the availability and reliability of our technical systems and machines. You design modern maintenance processes, drive technical projects and ensure the continuous optimization of processes. You will lead and develop a dedicated team and ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards. In this function you report directly to the factory management. Your challenge: Planning, organisation and control of all engineering and maintenance activities Ensuring plant availability and optimal function through preventive and corrective maintenance measures Development and implementation of modern maintenance and maintenance concepts (e.g. TPM, Lean Maintenance) Coordination and monitoring of technical projects such as new buildings, modernization and process optimization Budget planning, cost control and resource management for the department Leadership, development and motivation of the team including personnel planning and development Cooperation with other disciplines for the efficient implementation of technical solutions Monitoring compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards Analysis and optimization of technical processes and workflows to increase efficiency and reliability

Your profile: Education: Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification Experience: Multiannual experience in managing an engineering or maintenance team, ideally in production or plant engineering Expertise: Detectable experience in the successful management and control of teams Knowledge of maintenance management, maintenance concepts and project management Experience in handling ERP systems and maintenance software Experience in leadership of teams

Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Personality: Embossed leadership skills combined with enforcement and high team spirit Analytical thinkability as well as a structured and result-oriented operation High problem solving competence and ability to efficiently cope with complex technical challenges
