Support throughout administrative recruiting - in particular with focus on the Azubi recruiting Care and update of the applicant management system Schedule and coordination for interviews, discussions and selection days Communication with applicants, schools and internal contact persons Creation and publication of training and internships Support for school cooperation and fair preparation

Current studies in the field of economics, pedagogy, psychology, human resources management or comparable Interest in HR Analytical thinking and structured working Teamability, initiative and reliability Very good German knowledge
