At the next time we are looking for you as Senior Project Manager:in TGA (w/m/d) for the S-Bahn Berlin GmbH at the location Berlin. S-Bahn Berlin GmbH is a central mobility service provider for the capital Berlin with 1,400,000 passengers per working day, approx. 3,000 trips per working day, 671 vehicles and the 340 kilometres long route network. Your tasks:

You assume the overall responsibility for demanding investment and maintenance projects of technical building equipment (TGA) at the maintenance sites of the S‐Bahn Berlin In your working day, you will conduct highly complex A projects with a project volume of up to € 6 million per individual project, such as heating systems, building automation, energy and media supply, media separation and redesign of the supply systems You control further B‐ and C-projects, in the field of fire protection systems, power distributions as well as building and property monitoring systems (object protection) Through all performance phases of HOAI (1–8), you can ensure a structured project management – from planning and awarding to construction monitoring to commissioning You are responsible for budget, dates, quality and cost-effectiveness of your projects with a total project volume of up to €15 million. In your management function, you will support and guide project managers: within B‐ and C-projects with electrotechnical priorities In addition, you implement S‐Bahn-specific requirements for IMS / SMS / ISMS and act as a central contact person in the preparation, monitoring of audits, process and policy assessments

Your profile:

You have a completed university degree in an engineering degree course, ideally as an electrical engineer: in, industrial engineering department electrical engineering or a comparable degree with corresponding professional experience, at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of electrical engineering and project management A qualification as a (supplemented) electric power is absolutely necessary; a previous training in electrical engineering is desirable You bring at least three years of professional experience in electrical engineering and project management, ideally in technical building equipment (TGA), with Your quality, cost and time consciousness as well as the ability to analytical thinking and structured work complete your profile With your communication and consulting skills, you can quickly build a network, find powerful arguments and convince others of your ideas You are characterized by an independent, structured way of working and high quality orientation and quickly find yourself in new tasks It is easy for you to prioritize several parallel projects, to control analytically and to keep the overall overview Waiting isn't your thing: you're actively engaging when you see problems and don't be afraid to appeal to improvement potentials and solve them in teamwork
