As a team of Lead Sales Support (w|m|d), you will run our sales support team for the out-of-home business and make sure that our sales teams are optimally supported in the daily business. Our customers include hospitals, hotels, offices and other business partners. Together with your team, you will ensure smooth performances in offering processing, CRM management and customer communication. Through structured processes and efficient working methods, you are instrumental in supporting our sales in operational business. You work closely with regional sales teams and key account management and are a central interface to other internal areas. Your tasks include: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the sales support team Ensuring efficient processes in offering processing and sales-administrative processes Support of regional sales teams and key account management in daily business Responsibility for the care and quality of customer and sales data in the CRM system (Salesforce) Development and Optimization of Sales Support Processes Close cooperation with sales, customer care, operations and other internal interfaces

For the role of Team Lead Sales Support (w|m|d), we are looking for someone who brings the following skills: Multiannual experience in sales support, sales operations or commercial administration First leadership experience or experience in coordinating teams Structured and solution-oriented operation High service and customer orientation Experience in handling CRM systems, ideally Salesforce Embossed organisational and communication skills
