You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of an interdisciplinary team You are central contact person(s) for the department's software product portfolio and are responsible for its strategic further development You represent the BITBW in interministerial bodies and actively introduce the technological perspective You keep an overview of products, market trends and technological developments used and advise on the target technology landscape You work closely with the central product management as well as the customer locations If necessary, You take over operational roles (e.g. product management, project management, technical coordination)

You have successfully completed university studies at a university or an accredited master's degree from another university (qualification for the higher service) e.g. the Department of Computer Science, Business Informatics and the like. You can also apply if you have equivalent skills and experience due to your vocational training (e.g. as a computer scientist / computer scientist) or due to your professional qualification and multiannual relevant activities. You have several years of professional experience in product management, IT strategy or software environment You have experience in the leadership and development of interdisciplinary teams You possess strategic and analytical thinking as well as understanding of technological relationships You have knowledge of technology and architecture management and the evaluation of software solutions You are strong in communication and make informed decisions even in complex situations
