You are the business card of our company – customers: inside, guests and colleagues feel welcome at any time and well looked after You have the pleasure of supporting competently on the phone, answering questions and sending callers to the right contacts: You coordinate our meeting rooms, take care of the right preparation (e.g. for training, interviews or events) and ensure the hospitality of our guests You take care of the visitor documentation, register guests and make sure that all information is collected carefully and completely You keep an overview of the entry and exit mail, receive deliveries and control them reliably You enter the central e-mail account and forward enquiries specifically to the right people You perform general tasks in Office Management and support cooperation with the HR team

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification and ideally bring 3 years of professional experience in service or customer contact with Very good ways of handling, a positive and sympathetic appearance and a pronounced concept of service characterize you Your work is independent, independent and reliable Precision is your strength – you like to work accurately and with focus.
