As a team leader (m/w/d) for technical training, you build an innovative training landscape for our employees, customers, partners and our international offices based on the extensive learning strategy.You are networked with your peers in the OPTIMA group as well as outside the organization and work closely with the personnel teams. You also take into account the feedback from the participants. Your tasks include building an innovative team that will implement the training strategy together with you in the future.They harmonize systematically existing and new tools, develop methods for knowledge transfer and structured content development and management. You have successfully completed a further training to the technician or master in the field of mechanical engineering / mechatronics or extensive professional experience in special machine construction.Ideally, you will bring first leadership experiences.With your already existing knowledge from a previous technical learning environment, you enrich the team. In your previous activities, you have already gained experience with Game Based Learning, Peer Coaching, Active Learning and other modern methods.They are a curious, communication-strong person with great interest in entrepreneurial design, good human knowledge, appropriate standing and strong market orientation. You have already been able to use your fluent knowledge of German and English with previous trainings.
