Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team for strategic HR IT solutions around personnel development, talent management and employee retention Control, coordination and prioritization of project and implementation activities e.g. in the fields of recruiting, onboarding, performance and offboarding Analysis and implementation of customer and business requirements in cooperation with specialist departments and other adjacent areas/departments in sustainable and standardized data management solutions Designing a company-wide HR platform for talent recognition, potential development and employee retention Ensuring integration with adjacent systems (e.g. Employee Central) as well as compliance with governance, data protection and compliance Close coordination with global HR units, internal implementation partners, IT architecture, security, consulting and operations Team-wide cooperation and communication with adjacent IT areas and departments, such as consulting, development, implementation, operations, infrastructure, security, integration and BPM Expansion of a documented, comprehensible system landscape with clear responsibilities and interfaces Support for rollouts, training and hypercare phases for the sustainable introduction and usability of solutions

Multiannual professional experience in HR-IT, talent management or comparable HR system landscapes First leadership experience desirable - alternative high initiative and interest in leadership Structured, solution-oriented working with strong team focus as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting Own initiative and team capacity High level of self-reflection and readiness for further development Embossed communication strength - in German and English
