Head of Nursing Services (m/f/d)

You are responsible for up to three normal care areas You work closely with the station lines to develop department-specific processes and standards as well as to define and accompany the annual targets You accompany your visits, take over superordinate control tasks, carry out care audits and actively participate in the nursing team Together with the station lines, you organize the holiday planning, coordinate the incorporation of new employees, including practical instructions, and guide station meetings and further training through You are responsible for the selection and implementation of job interviews In trusted cooperation with the nursing director and the station management, you support interdisciplinary cooperation with other professional groups You participate in Group-wide expert groups and peer procedures
