Your role Coordination of the entire machine connection process as well as effective interface management for smooth implementation with all departments involved

Collection and coordination of all technical requirements for connections and ensuring the necessary conditions in close cooperation with production, maintenance, facility management and occupational safety.

Creation of internal supply and cost estimates for machine connections

Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and process standards throughout the connection process

Participation in the optimization of existing processes, including identification of potential improvement and cooperation in smaller task forces

Tracking relevant key figures for analysis of process stability, throughput times and connection quality

completed training as a technician or studies in engineering, production technology, process engineering or a comparable technical field

first experience in the coordination of machine connections or in similar technical processes within related industries

interest in working with technical documents (e.g. connection plans, checklists) and safe handling of MS Office; first contacts with BI systems are advantageous.

high level of team skills and communication and moderation skills

well-founded analytical thinking as well as a solution-oriented method for the processing of complex topics

very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
