You accompany young people in their training in our project “Other-Working Vocational Training – Integrative Model” in Bremen. We're looking for you at 15.06.2026 or later in full time.

What you do with us:

Our project “External vocational training – integrative model” enables training for young people who have not found a training place in the company. You enter and accompany them throughout their entire training period.

• You work in the team, accompany the young people during the entire project and help them master their training
• You act as a link between participants, companies, vocational schools and the Federal Employment Agency to stabilize training processes
• You offer crisis intervention and enter into individual work with the participants in a solution-oriented manner
• You create individual funding plans and regularly document the development and support of your participants

What you bring:

Required:

• Complete study of social education, social work, teaching staff or other educational degree
• as an alternative, completion in an educator: in-demand with relevant additional qualification (at least 640 hours); as an alternative at least four months of work as a social education institution: on behalf of the Agency for Labour/Jobcenter

Advantage:

• knowledge of the requirements in various training occupations and the educational landscape

Contract term

The body is terminated as a medical representative. An extension is possible. In parallel, there is the possibility to switch to other BNW projects at our well 40 locations.
