In the Bremic Centre for the Realisation of Women's Equality (ZGF) the place is now Referent (w/m/d) by a lawyer (w/m/d) Group 13 TV-L in parttime (0.5 VZE corresponds to 19.6 Wh). (A later increase in the number of places is sought.) The ZGF works as a national authority for the implementation of gender equality. It develops measures to reduce the disadvantage of women and girls. We take into account their diverse lives in which different forms of discrimination can come together. For this purpose, we work with other organisations. The ZGF examines political and administrative trade with regard to the impact on women and girls and calls for the implementation of law and law for women and girls. In addition, the ZGF is the starting point for structural discrimination based on gender.
