• Customer support including handling of goods and outputs. • Creation of storage/disposal documentation • Introducing new employees Perspective: • Team Leader Team = 3-4 persons • Active support of the team in daily business • Processing of deviations, defects, damage etc. • Tasks and Result Review. (including billing controls)

• Good understanding of storage processes (incoming goods and output, special services) • Experience in the commercial processing of warehouse services (release, control, billing) • Experience in handling customer requests, complaints etc. • High level of service and customer orientation • Enforcement ability with a team-oriented leadership style • Ability to structure, prioritize and monitor workflows
