(Junior) Project manager in the field of biogas / biogas upgrading / biomethane plants (m/f/d)

Our subsidiary Kanadevia Inova Biomethan GmbH develops and manufactures modular plant technology for biomethane production and/or CO2 extraction from biogenic gases such as biogas, sewage or landfill gas as well as flue gases. The company employs at the Zeven site in Lower Saxony between Hamburg and Bremen approx. 135 employees.

In your role as (Junior) , you support the successful planning, control and implementation of our demanding projects. You take responsibility for central coordination and control tasks and contribute significantly to ensuring that our projects are implemented in a time-, cost- and quality-oriented manner. Responsibility for the presentation, care and continuous development of the overall project planning as well as for a transparent appointment management Support for senior project managers:inside technical, commercial and organisational issues, such as risk management Preparation and follow-up of meetings including professional documentation of results in German and English Participation in project controlling, creation of project reports and preparation and analysis of target-actual comparisons Own-sponsored support of subprojects after a corresponding period of incorporation, including the professional leadership of interdisciplinary project teams Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the quality management system and the guidelines in the field of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Self-developing new concepts taking into account country-specific requirements and regulatory frameworks Project management in accordance with internal business processes, contractual agreements with customers and suppliers and regulatory requirements

Your profile: You have successfully completed their studies in the field of engineering, business management or in a comparable field of engineering, production technology or electrical engineering. Ideally, you bring first professional experience in project management, preferably in plant engineering or in the environment of renewable energies. A particular interest in the biogas industry is advantageous. Alternatively, you could already gain relevant practical experience within the framework of internships or student activities. You have a strong technical understanding of systems in the fields of environmental engineering, construction, waste management or renewable energies. With first international or intercultural experiences, you can convince as a team-oriented personality with global thinking. Challenges meet with analytical strength, rapid understanding and motivation to develop processes sustainably. You have secure user knowledge in MS Office and ideally in SAP or comparable ERP systems. You will bring a basic readiness to travel. You communicate safely in German and English (at least C1 level); additional French skills are welcome. A structured way of working, pronounced organisational skills, prioritization ability and decision strength complete your profile.
