Ensuring a smooth production process and optimizing and further developing the technical work environment Leadership and development of a dedicated team of up to 10 technical employees Responsibility for planning and organizing production processes, including resource planning Close cooperation with other departments, such as production, purchasing and quality assurance, to ensure timely and quality-compliant production Identification and implementation of improvement measures to increase efficiency and reduce throughput times

Successfully completed technical studies, or technical training with qualified training Long-term and relevant technical professional experience in the field of construction with leadership responsibility in a metalworking company Funded steel knowledge and experience in the handling of common CAD software independent, responsible and committed working methods, as well as communication and leadership
