The role is associated with a high travel activity.

(With) Development and Promoting the Company's Buy & Build Strategy E2E Responsibility for the M&A Process (from initial contact to contract negotiations to closing) Identification of potential targets and support of due diligence activities (including commercial, financial and legal DDs) Analysis of Business Data (Bilanzen, GuV, CF), Creating Financial Models and Investment Templates for the Investment Committee of AURELIUS Growth Capital and the Management Team Creating bank presentations for a possible financing of the buy & build strategy Close cooperation with the AURELIUS growth capital investment team

Successfully completed master's degree programme with business focus You have five years of professional experience in the field of private equity or M&A (ideally: investment banking, auditing, consulting) You have successfully accompanied a number of business transactions on both Sell and Buy-Side and has process security during implementation You have the ability to look over the whole as well as to push Hands-on things in detail and implement them yourself You have excellent communication skills and a pragmatic way of working You are sovereign in project management and outcome presentations You are a team player with commitment and high sense of responsibility You have knowledge of German and English with a high degree of negotiation
