As (Senior) Manager (m/w/d) Global Risk Management, Compliance and Internal Controls, you are responsible for the further development of the Control Framework and compliance requirements at Bertelsmann Global Business Services. The efficient development of the internal control system and risk management system is an integral part of your daily activity. In addition, the following varied activities await you as a contact person: Adviser:into our customers as well as contact persons:into the central group departments, such as the group accounting, the group tax department and the group revision as well as for the external auditors:inside Further development of the risk control matrix — also in terms of efficiency — and management of the interface to the tax compliance management system Optimization of the existing control design of the accounting processes and coordination of control responsibilities Support of the annual GBS certification of the effectiveness of the internal control system according to the standard ISAE 3402 Type II Fraud Investigation Support and Regular Review of Prevention Measures under the Fraud Risk Assessment Development and quality assurance of the required GBS guidelines as part of the Bertelsmann Group specifications

You have a successfully completed study in the field of finance, business management or a comparable qualification and have already gained professional experience in an internationally operating group or an auditing company. Your personal profile is rounded off by: Analytical thinkability and ability to quickly and effectively incorporate you into complex financial and accounting processes Ideally practical knowledge in the application and implementation of relevant standards for internal control system and risk management High IT affinity, in particular knowledge in financial accounting and risk management desirable Embossed communication and team skills, a sovereign appearance and creative and analytical thinking skills in structured and independent working High quality awareness and strong pragmatic problem-solving competence Flexibility and openness to new developments Very good English language skills
