Your location The Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe is a work of the Evangelical Order of St. John and recognized as a charitable and mildist association and as such a member in the Diaconical Work of the Evangelical Church of Germany. Since August 1998, the “Regenbogen” nursery has been a child’s institution in the institution of the Johannites. The newly built Kindertagesstätte (opening February 2011) is located near the village of Frohse in Schönebeck. It's in the middle of a park. The fascination of the rainbow is reflected in the colour of our house. Through the flat building, each group room offers a large window area with door to the outdoor area and free views of nature. Furthermore, the kita has a large multi-purpose space which is ready for use in a multifunctional manner. This includes a large natural playground, which houses everything a children's heart desires, including a pirate ship, a nest swing, slides, climbing opportunities and pasture tips. Also small beds, of which all children benefit in the Kita everyday, and an insect hotel were created by employees and children. In addition, the playground has a small whale, which offers various possibilities for play and retreat. As a language kita, the Kita “Regenbogen” also focuses on everyday-integrated language promotion. Up to 100 children from 13 pedagogical professionals are served in the day care centre.
