Advice and support of executives in all HR questions including Labour law Own responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle including recruiting, personnel & talent development, health management, retention measures and separation processes Ensuring HR data delivery to our service providers of payroll accounting Development and implementation of HR strategies, guidelines and processes Support in personnel controlling as well as reporting of key figures Confidential cooperation and negotiations with the local works council Deputy Head of the Human Resources Department of approximately 2-3 employees (parent representation)

You have completed your studies in business management or comparable with the focus on personnel You have been able to earn at least 5 years of professional experience as HR Business Partner:in, HR Generalist:in or in a comparable function In addition, you will bring very good knowledge of German labour law Personally you are characterized by a pronounced team capacity, loadability, independent work and a very good communication capability You have very good German and English skills
