Personnel and management responsibility for 5 employees Development of creative event and presentation concepts Conception, planning and budgeting of events of all kinds up to 3,000 people Coordination and award of approx. 100 premises of the in-house conference centre Coordination and control of internal and external service providers Office organization and billing of events Creation and presentation of various statistics Participation in reporting meetings

They are service providers with body and soul You have experiences in event management, like in a similar position You act as a central interface for our customers and other external service providers You have very good German and English skills You have an open way and a competent appearance. You have experience with popular booking software, experiences with the planning tool ''PEP-Event'' would be pleasing, but are not necessary.
