They take over the management of optimization projects to increase productivity, efficiency and value creation in various business areas. In workshops and through direct teamwork, you accompany and moderate change processes and promote independent work and self-organization. They analyze existing business processes, identify bottlenecks and vulnerabilities and develop concrete measures for sustainable improvement. The concept creation and implementation of tools and methods for process optimization are part of your task as well as the support of ongoing programs. Together with relevant disciplines, you implement changes and document the new processes structured and comprehensible.

They have completed their studies in the field of economic engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science or comparable qualifications. Find out more about product development and project processing as well as experience with process management methods (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma). When dealing with MS Office and SAP, you are sure that your English skills are safe in word and writing. Ideally, you will bring demonstrable successes in the analysis and optimization of business processes. They convince by moderation strength, presentation skills and strong service and communication skills. International readiness to travel completes your profile.
