2nd Level Support Transportlogistik (m/f/d)

You are a contact point for the EDEKA regions with questions, problems and new product requirements in the field of transport logistics as well as for support requests on processes, processes and products in the field of logistics. You take the 2nd level support for the specialist areas of transport logistics (e.g. specialist departments and warehouse sites) and ensure the smooth operation of the applications used there. You can classify enquiries and forward them to edit if necessary; you also perform deeper error analyses and forward them to 3rd level support. You use process sequences as well as regional features (know-how transfer) and perform location-specific parameterizations. With planned release changes, you carry out release tests with the product teams and after the rollout for the training of the regional key users. In case of malfunctions in the data supply, you perform interface cleaning and you coordinate with the regional end users / key users, other stakeholders and product managers.

You have successfully completed an IT or logistics training or have an equivalent qualification. You have well-founded experience in IT support (1st level / 2nd level) and have solid knowledge in the areas of fleet, warehouse logistics, tour planning, track & trace, and MS Office; Ideally, you also have experience with warehouse management systems. You have the pleasure of dealing with people, you are characterized by very good communication skills, team skills, independent work and result orientation. You have fluent German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2) in word and writing. You have a class B driving licence (if in the context of rollouts in rare cases, instructions may be required on site)
