Billing Clerk - Invoicing / Service (m/f/d)

You handle the entire billing of our service operations, from the examination of the performance certificates of our technicians: inside to the final billing. As a central contact person for our customers, you can clarify all questions about invoices and independently process invoice corrections and credits. You proactively monitor all open processes, secure complete documentation and guarantee a punctual billing. In close coordination with the Operation Center and the technicians, you are significantly contributing to smooth processes and high customer satisfaction.

You ideally have a completed commercial training. First professional experience in billing or a comparable commercial area is desirable. You work reliably, carefully and independently. You're thinking and you're going to solve problems. You have good knowledge of German for communication with our customers: inside. Technical understanding is advantageous, but no prerequisite.
