If quality deviations occur, accompany the entire clarification process – from the error documentation to the evaluation of supplier positioning measures to the consistent follow-up of agreed measures. Uniform and reliable quality standards are guaranteed by the creation, maintenance and continuous development of test plans. For product audits, you identify potential for improvement, direct concrete measures and drive their implementation together with internal specialist areas and external partners. Quality starts for you already in development: You bring your technical expertise in an early stage, support an auditable product design and coordinate the required quality standards directly with suppliers.

Its technical basis forms a technical training, for example in mechanical engineering, in mechatronics or metal engineering, supplemented by a further development to the technician (m/w/d) in the fields of mechanical engineering, mechatronics or metal technology. Multiannual experience in quality testing, quality assurance or industrial measurement technology gives you the necessary safety to independently evaluate complex measurement tasks and quality deviations. Technical drawings, including shape and position tolerances, can be interpreted as sovereign. In addition, relevant DIN standards and different materials, coatings and processing methods are familiar to you. In classic measuring and testing technology as well as in the 2D-/3D coordinate measuring technology, you move routined. Practical experience with ZEISS CALYPSO and coordinate measuring machines with rotary table is particularly welcome. Ideally, you are already using SAP in the quality environment to document test data and relevant information in a structured manner and to track them transparently. A qualification as a DGQ expert quality check is an additional plus and complements your practical experience optimally.
