RESPONSIBLE & RESPONSIBILITY: THE RESPONSIBLE DICHAs a specialist asset management (all genders) you are responsible for independent processing - from the order to the delivery and activation of the lease agreement - as well as the related activities such as transportation, (re) allocation or processing of the Arval Flexible Offers vehicles. You will retain the ordering, order confirmations, the coordination of delivery dates and the timely approval of the vehicles You can communicate with the delivery dealers. Delivery dates, equipment changes and all kinds of questions about new vehicles and accessories You are entrusted with monitoring processes and service agreements (SLA) As a communicator, you will see the interface between the Purchasing, Account Management and the external logistics providers Car rental hotline assistance, enquiries, reservations in the system, ordering external car rental also falls into your area of responsibility You are organising the transfer of vehicles, including the commissioning of service providers and the associated coordination of vehicle movements, such as delivery/collection You decide on the type and extent of repairs at the entrance of our Flexible Offers vehicles in the service center and assign the repair orders to the service center or partner workshops In addition, you support your colleagues in the creation, control and control of all key figures required for the successful implementation of department goals and processes The cooperation in processes development projects completes your versatile task

EXPERTISE & SOFT SKILLS THE BRING YOU WITH You have completed a technical or commercial training, e.g. for the body and vehicle engineering technician (m/w/d), automobile businessman (m/w/d), office businessman (m/w/d) You already have several years of professional experience, preferably in the leasing or automotive industry The pleasure of dealing with numbers and detailed work paired with very good MS-Office package, especially advanced Excel skills characterize you You could already acquire a pronounced service/customer orientation and very good communication skills You are self-initiative and responsible Your work is characterized by a high degree of commitment and motivation You like working in the team and are flexible and resilient Very good German and good English knowledge in word and writing facilitate Your daily work
