You make sure our energy arrives reliably where it is needed. With your know-how, you keep our power and district heating networks stable, safe and efficient – in the interlayer system and around the clock. In our network control center, you control and monitor our networks with modern process control technology – attentive, precise and with a clear understanding of the connections in the network. If you switch a plant or trigger a remote control measure, you will specifically ensure that apartments stay warm, that businesses can work and that Lübeck is bright. You still recognize deviations before You become a problem. You analyze readings, evaluate situations instantly and use them in a targeted manner – for example by wise load control measures. However, if there is a malfunction, proceed structured, find the cause and initiate the correct steps to restore the supply as soon as possible. If an operation is necessary on site, you alert and coordinate our destructive forces and accompany each action competently out of the control center. Annoying messages from customers: You also enter the phone. Here you listen carefully, document carefully and evaluate professionally what to do. Your decisions are based on data, experience and a clear understanding of the operating conditions. And you know that security of supply is the result of competence, attention and responsibility.
