Creation of offers for the Spare Parts & Supply Chain service section Implementation of the ERP-system-side performance development or coordination Date tracking and monitoring of all orders, including the introduction of countermeasures in the event of termination deviations Acquisition, processing and solution of customer complaints within the prescribed framework in cooperation with the Technical Suport Replacement availability checks and prompt introduction of com­munication for customer order
