Construction Site Administrator (m/w/d)

We are looking for the Office for Public Order of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied without delay.

The Team Baustellen is a part of the Transport and Management Service, which regulates the flowing and resting traffic by traffic signs and facilities within the scope of the legal requirements as a road transport authority. The Team Baustellen checks and approves all workstations in the public road area. Whether private construction or the maintenance and development of public infrastructure: In cooperation with other administrative and external bodies, the Baustellen team ensures the safe construction and thus makes an important contribution to the development of the city.

A job that enthuses you

• You process traffic-regulating measures within the framework of
• Construction/workstations in public street space
• Your tasks include the coordination of construction and workstations with one another, as well as other road use using the computerized specialist procedure “Transport Security and Information Centre – VIZ”
• The inspection and monitoring of construction/workstations in the public road area (construction site control) is also part of your task
• You represent the office at local appointments and meetings

Your profile that suits us

• A completed training as an administrative manager, administrative specialist, completed first examination according to the pay order (VKA, former. I) with three years of vocational training
• Occupation with training in the middle non-technical administration service
• knowledge of road traffic law and experience in order management are advantageous
• Reliability, self-responsible work, a structured working method and the sovereign handling of work tips
• You are confident, strong and convincing, even in conflict situations you remain calm and can represent your point of view
• Very good written and oral expressiveness in German
