Central support of councils, owners and their representatives.

Comprehensive object management including external event organization.

Coordination of technical service providers and monitoring of execution.

Own-sponsored management of housing property communities (WEG) and owner meetings.

Creation of financial plans (economic plans) and detailed annual accounts.

Completed training as a real estate businessman or real estate specialist.

Founded professional experience in the independent WEG administration.

Safe handling of real estate software (e.g. DOMUS) and MS Office.

Driving license class B.
