IT Solution Architect (m/f/d)

Development of tailor-made infrastructure, cloud and managed service solutions for our medium-sized customers Analysis of complex customer requirements as well as implementation and moderation of workshops on structured request recording Creating holistic solutions and architecture concepts taking into account technical, organisational and economic requirements Technical consulting of customers as well as presentation and presentation of solutions at specialist and management levels Link between customers, sales and delivery units for the development of sustainable and economic IT solutions Support for sales in customer appointments, tenders, supply processes and presales activities Development of standardized and scalable managed service concepts based on the DATAGROUP service portfolio Coordination of the participating departments and Solution Leads to ensure a consistent overall solution Implementation of risk analyses and development of appropriate risk mitigation measures Technical support of complex customer projects from the design phase to the successful implementation Observation of technological developments and active contribution to the further development of our solution and service portfolio Working on the continuous optimization of our architecture standards, methods and best practices

Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience as IT-Solution-Architekt (all genders), IT Consultant (all genders), Presales Consultant (all genders) or in a comparable role Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, managed services and hybrid IT solutions Experience in developing and presenting complex IT solution concepts Extensive understanding of business relationships and the cost-effectiveness of IT services Ideally knowledge of Microsoft, Azure, VMware, Network or Data Center environments Communication strength, sovereign appearance and joy at direct customer contact Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation High customer and service orientation as well as strong team skills readiness for occasional journeys within Germany Very good German knowledge (at least C1) as well as good English knowledge in word and writing Certifications in the environment of ITIL, Microsoft, Azure, AWS or VMware are advantageous
