The Chief Technology Office (CTO) is responsible for the systematic planning, implementation and control of BWI's innovation and technology management, as well as for the optimization and further development of its solution and service portfolio and the supporting IT architecture. The CT Office also contributes to the sustainable increase in performance and innovation in the BMVg business unit. The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for implementing this order. He is a trusted advisor in strategic dialogue with the customer Bundeswehr, partners and the management level of BWI. It supports the areas of CEO, CDO and CRO with a view to identifying future application scenarios or Future perspectives and promotes the development of the performance of BWI in the sense of the performance portfolio, IT architecture and technological development.

As (Junior) Management Consultant (m/w/d) you support the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in a responsible and versatile role with plenty of space for personal and professional development.

Support of the Chief Technology Officer in operational day-to-day business, communication management and workflow organization

Preparation of presentations and presentations for the CTO

Coordination of assigned technical topics and projects of the organisational area, including support in the development of decision-making templates for management

Accompanying the CTO for events, trade fairs and events as well as preparation and preparation of lectures, in particular independent development of the content

Support of executives and organizational units within the CT office by taking over administrative tasks as well as area-specific expertise tasks, such as analyses, carrying out research and creating evaluations

Support in the content conception and placement of a communication plan, e.g. design intranet presence, blogs, communities

Complete master's degree with reference to technology, management or communication – e.g. business informatics, BWL, communication sciences, etc.
