Your tasks include: Optimize our editorial content to maximize visibility and reach. Creation of clickful texts on regional and national topics. Keyword research and evaluation of possible range topics in the daily news situation. Content planning for events from the Volksfest to the TV show. Independent and long-term support of ongoing SEO topics. In addition, you take on different tasks at the Digitaldesk in layers – even on weekends. This includes: independent message management on the portal, quality control of delivered content from internal and external authors, creation and posting of content in social media and push channels as well as community management Your focus is on strengthening the range of our regional brand: for this you use your journalistic feelings from the topic discovery to the playout. You know the importance of the first impression and the sustainable retention of readers in digital content and have the pleasure of optimizing our content. Check the successes of your work with our analysis tools and share your knowledge with the team.

You have a completed university degree and a volunteer. a comparable journalistic training and can already provide initial vocational training, ideally as an editor in an online media. In addition to interest in regional topics, you have a sense of topical topics, are text-proof and dominate the journalistic craftsmanship. You have experience with SEO in the news area with optimization for Google News/ Google Discover. Experiences with Google Search Console and SEO tools such as e.g. Ahrefs or Sistrix.
