The Wirtschaftsförderung Land Brandenburg GmbH (WFBB) is a contact person for investors, established companies and innovative foundations in the Land of Brandenburg. It offers all services for economic and employment promotion from a single source – from support for the establishment and expansion of innovations, internationalisation and networking to the acquisition and qualification of skilled workers and in its role as an energy agency of the country. It supports the further development of the industry-related economic clusters of the state of Brandenburg and the German capital region. For our project “Enabling Technologies as a cluster-wide driver of innovation cooperation” (EnableTech 2026), we are looking for a fixed-term position at the Potsdam site until the end of the project at 31.12.2026 Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

You are responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up of specialist events (e.g. conferences, expert groups, workshops), including specialist research of topics on events. You work closely with the project managers (m/w/d) in the EnableTech 2026 project and with external partners (m/w/d). You organize the selection, assignment, control and billing of external service providers (m/w/d), speakers (m/w/d) as well as appropriate locations in compliance with public procurement rights and form the interface to all participating partners (m/w/d). You carry out professional research and analysis in the project.

You have a university degree (FH diploma or Bachelor), preferably in the field of business or computer science. You have practical knowledge of the preparation, implementation and settlement of events and events. You can quickly work into new technical issues and analyze them. You ideally have knowledge of public funding. You possess good communicative and analytical skills as well as customer orientation. Team spirit, ability to integrate, willingness to use, flexibility and organisational skills are of course for you. You have very good knowledge of the German language (C 1-level). We presumed good English skills. You have a class B licence. You are safe in handling Microsoft Office applications and digital communication media.
