Part of our work is the day-care facility. Here, a sensible daily structure is offered to the people with the most severely multiple disability. The participants are guided in the smallest steps to daily routines and contents and accompanied and supported in the execution of life-structural activities, so that the highest possible self-employment is achieved or preserved.

Your tasks

Initiation & assistance:They support the execution of life-structural activities and provide cognitive development, training of sensory and body perception and psychomotor development. You can guide and assist in various activities such as memory or shopping training, joint cooking/back and creative offerings, exercise and relaxation exercises as well as conversation circles.

Structure:They structure and accompany the group daily and are sensitive to the needs of participants with perception problems, their disorders, fears, constraints, aggressions of a wide variety of forms, and people with autism spectrum disorder. In addition, organize and accompany small day trips.

Planting:You create individual participation planning – possibly using supported communication – and implement them consistently with the participants.

Your profile

Qualifications:You have completed training as a cure nursein, health caregiverin, educator*in or comparable qualification.

Competitions:They have empathy, pedagogical skills and craft skills in dealing with people with severely multiple disabilities. They are willing to accompany, guide and support life-structural and nursing activities.

Faculties:With your safe handling of MS-Office and other programs, you document your work and work responsibly in the professional development and ensuring our quality of work.
