Buyer (m/f/d)

You independently control the procurement of agricultural raw materials and coordinate the associated supply chain logistics in close consultation with the purchasing management. You establish and maintain intensive partnerships with farms, cooperatives and land trade through personal care on site. You provide advice to our partners on production technology issues and represent the company on industry events and field days. You monitor compliance with contract quantities, continuously monitor the goods receipt qualities and carry out complaint management. You optimise supplier reporting, create sound market analyses and support strategic, international shopping activities.

You possess a profound agronomic know-how and ideally practical knowledge from the field of grain processing.

You know the mechanisms of the national agricultural market precisely and move safely within the relevant industry networks.

You are characterized by a targeted way of working with which you proactively drive forward the strategic expansion of direct resource collection.

You bring negotiation skills, enforcement capacity and a strong communication strength in dealing with agricultural actors.

You like to work in a structured manner, keep track of volatile markets and show willingness to visit regular business trips.
