Head of the department for cream products in our pastry shop (m/f/d)

This is your daily bread: Sweeper Manager: You take over the management and organization of the production of our cream products and make sure that everything goes like on the snoop Quality monitor: Ensuring product quality as well as adhering to all hygiene and safety standards are in your hands – we only get the best on the table Process Dispute: You plan and control the production processes and always control the resource management (personal & raw materials) Recipe Pioneers: Together with your team you develop new recipes and bring product innovations creatively forward Team coach: You train and motivate the employees in your department, giving you a positive atmosphere where everyone can unfold Tactics: You monitor the delivery times and production targets and work closely with the shift management, quality assurance and other departments

Your ingredients for our common success: Foundation: You have a completed training in food craft, ideally as a confectioner Experience: You bring several years of experience in food production, preferably in the area of confectionery or cream products

Leadership: leadership experience, a strong team skills and a positive attitude are of course for you

Hands-on-Mentality: You like to pack up, solve problems directly on site and optimize processes with passion

Mindset: A high level of organizational talent, sense of responsibility and creativity and joy of innovation characterize you

Communication: You have good knowledge of German; English skills are a welcome plus
