Your tasks:

Your task area Management of supplier relations, including evaluation, classification and development in the international environment Working with selection, release and development of suitable suppliers Support for supplier evaluation and pursuit of quality assurance measures Working in the escalation process for suppliers as well as in bottleneck and capacity management *Support and escalation in systematic supplier complaints

• Implementation of audits and participation in escalation meetings in critical supplier matters Development and implementation of corrective measures to achieve the standard maturity of components in cooperation with suppliers, development and purchasing Responsibility for supply chain management issues, including compliance with sustainability guidelines (LkSG, CBAM, CSDDD, REACH, RoHS, carbon footprint, etc.) *Using and developing benchmark platforms (e.g. Ecovadis, Tacto, IntegrityNext) to evaluate and manage sustainable supply chains

Your qualifications:

This will bring you

• Complete technical studies At least 3 years of experience in Supplier Development or a comparable function Auditor qualification (1st & 2nd party) desirable *Funded knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 16949) and sustainability guidelines (LkSG, CBAM, Conflict Minerals, REACH, RoHS etc.)
• Experience in dealing with benchmark platforms for supplier evaluation Ideally experience in the automotive, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or energy supply sectors Sure occurrence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders as well as a structured way of working *Very good English skills and international readiness
