Technical, administrative and personnel management of the field of building technology Schulbau with currently 16 employees Ensuring professional and economic planning as well as a timely, quality and costly execution of the projects Support of project management/control in particularly complex and sophisticated construction projects Acquisition of client tasks and representation of the state capital Stuttgart in the field of building technology Perception of cross-project tasks Development and further development of standards and processes within the scope of the task of building technology A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

A completed degree as a diploma engineer/in (FH/TH/TU) or Bachelor or Master of Science/Engineering of the Department of Supply Technology, Electrical Engineering or Comparative Professionals or Persons with equivalent knowledge and professional experience (for foreign degrees, the submission of a state recognition is required) leadership skills, organizational skills, abstraction, cost awareness and target orientation Enforcement, negotiation skills, persuasiveness and a sense of decision Multiannual professional experience in the execution of construction measures and in-depth expertise in building technology are desirable. The ability to work quickly and independently in complex tasks and processes Individual initiative, team and communication skills German language skills as well as safe and versed expressability in word and writing
