Process Specialist for SAP S/4HANA Utilities (a*)

In the S/4HANA Utilities process team of customer management, you take a central role in care and advise our operating areas. The technical responsibility for the SAP S/4HANA Utilities standard processes in the market roles distribution system operators and measuring station operators – especially in the topics of reading, device management and market communication – lies with you. In addition, you develop optimization and further development measures for our system processes and tune professional requirements with the stakeholders before You are transferred to the IT according to the request process. In daily operation, you support the system users, monitor the operating processes, perform fault analyses and ensure their sustainable recovery. In addition, you actively participate in the further development and optimization of cross-departmental processes and ensure that new legal requirements are presented professionally in our accounting system. Our end-to-end processes accompany you from the conception, implementation and information of the users to the operation and testing and thus contribute significantly to the efficiency of our IT solutions and to the satisfaction of our end customer.

You have a professional or technical training as well as a state-approved training qualification, for example as a specialist (a) or technician (a). You are already bringing together research and industry knowledge in the German energy market. Ideally, you already have experience in dealing with SAP S/4HANA Utilities and the SAP MaCo Cloud. A high level of conceptualisation, readiness for use and strategic thinking distinguishes you. Your work is independent, but at the same time strongly team-oriented. In addition, you are engaged, working structured and keeping an overview in complex situations.
