Do you want to actively shape our digital presence and are you pleased to prepare content in a targeted and effective way? In this versatile position, you combine creative work with data-driven marketing and take responsibility for our website, our corporate blog and various online marketing measures. In doing so, you bring your own ideas, work closely with internal specialist areas and external partners and contribute significantly to continuously developing and optimizing our digital activities. You can look forward to this: Website & Content You are constantly developing our website You can handle linked website tools and introduce new applications You take over the technical support of our company blog You prepare content and photo material for different channels on target groups Digital marketing You implement standardized measures of search engines operatively You develop individual online marketing campaigns together with agencies You introduce marketing analyses, tax them and derive concrete measures You analyze and evaluate ongoing campaigns for continuous optimization You will strengthen our online visibility for local searches to specifically attract customers from the region You are actively working on building AI-based search engine optimization You play digital content on stationary devices

You can inspire us with this: A completed commercial training (e.g. in the area of bank, finance or insurance) or a study with first practical experience Interest in digital topics and online marketing First experiences with websites, content management or online campaigns are beneficial, but no need Joy in making content understandable and appealing A good basic understanding for digital tools and the willingness to work quickly into new systems A structured, independent way of working and self-initiative in the procurement of information Interest in analyzing results and in deriving optimizations Team spirit and fun in cooperation with internal and external partners Openness for new developments in the digital environment
