As IT-Support Logistik (m/w/d) im Servicedesk, you are the first contact person for the users:inside the IT systems in logistics In close coordination with the central enterprise IT and IT service providers, you enter the ticket system and take the qualified acceptance and processing of user questions, system messages and change requests In addition, you take over the installation, configuration and provision of hardware and software and support a variety of interesting and varied hardware and software projects in the logistics environment In order to ensure efficient support processes, you start and recommend IT documentation

Senior Consultant (m/w/d), IT-System Management (m/w/d) or a comparable, technically oriented training in the field of information technology or a pronounced IT-Affinity as a transient (m/w/d) from logistics High customer orientation and pronounced communication strength Quick conception and a solution-oriented and structured operation High level of commitment, team orientation and sense of responsibility Ideally, first experiences in handling a warehouse management system, a transport management system or a goods management system (e.g. SAP EWM / ERP) Flowing German knowledge in word and writing as well as good English knowledge
