Your tasks As part of our IT compliance team, you play a central role in expanding our information security and compliance landscape. In particular, the following tasks await you: In your new role, you will play a key role in achieving our ISO 27001 certification You work with the IT-internal expert in the team: in companies, services and project management Developing new policies and concepts based on the processes that are largely already established will be your main tasks Your activity initially includes the preparation of certification, later the lasting care of our ISMS The IT data protection coordinator is your direct team member. Further tasks within the IT compliance team are the support of internal and external audits Process documentation within our IKS Creation of protection requirements and risk analyses implementing the annual CSA Creation of the half-year IT Security Reporting

You convince us by your professional experience with an ISMS Your regulatory IT confession, paired with your ISO know-how, makes you an estimated respondent, both within IT and in other areas of our group. You have a good understanding of the process - also beyond your own sphere of responsibility and you have your trained communication skills Of course you're not alone with the above-mentioned tasks. The IT Compliance team as well as the IT expert: Vonovia's team will help you with advice and action at any time. This means for you, you're team-ready and you're happy to bring your ideas Your profile is rounded off by your very good knowledge in Microsoft Office. SAP knowledge would be desirable, but are not a must
