Development and implementation of the corporate strategy: Responsibility for the development and implementation of the corporate strategy in the area of battery storage, focusing on applications, business models, network integration and internationalisation Strategic orientation sharpens: analysis and prioritization of business areas, market opportunities and competitive situations in the battery storage sector Understanding markets & evaluating trends: analysis and assessment of relevant markets, trends and regulatory developments (e.g. renewable energies, electricity market design and market mechanisms, storage technologies, monetization models, network and system services) to identify strategic opportunities and risks at an early stage Identification and development of strategic impacts: deriving concrete priorities and recommendations for action for the strategic orientation in the field of battery storage and grid integration Cooperation with internal teams: Close cooperation with asset management, project management and research & development to support the implementation of corporate strategies and develop innovative concepts for network-based integration of storage Management Communication: Preparation of Analyses, Basis of Decisions and Presentations for Management and Stakeholders Partnership building: building and maintaining long-term partnerships with network operators, energy suppliers, investors and other relevant actors in the field of battery storage and renewable energy Occasionary business trips: willingness to participate in trade fairs and industry events if necessary to represent the company and to pursue market trends

Experience in strategy development: 4-5 years of professional experience in strategy development, ideally in the field of energy management or renewable energies with a focus on battery storage and flexibility markets Strong analytical and structured thinking: ability to analyse complex markets and technologies and to implement them in understandable, action-oriented measures Deep understanding of market mechanisms: comprehensive knowledge of market mechanisms, business models and regulatory frameworks in the field of energy storage and renewable energies Communication strength: Convincing presentation of strategic content and ability to work with internal teams as well as external partners and stakeholders Proactive operation: independent, solution-oriented work and high commitment Enthusiasm for renewable energy and storage technologies: passion for renewable energy and the topic of battery storage Language knowledge: flowing German and English knowledge in word and writing
