Your tasks at a glance: You accept qualified financing requests and accompany them independently until completion

You recognize potentials in your leads and you know how you use them in a marketplace

You develop individual financing solutions with access to our large network of banks and financing partners

You work with digital tools like FinLink and keep your financing and processes in mind

You advise independently and professionally at eye level – with interest rates, funding opportunities and current developments

You bring in your ideas and actively shape the further development of the office

You know the building financing – from the bank, the building-saving distribution or the platform business. You bring experience, work independently and know how a successful financing will become from a good request. We don't have the perfect CV. Much more important is that you recognize potential, think distributively and want to finish. You stay on it, take responsibility and at the same time you want a team that comes together. Digital tools like eHyp or comparable systems are familiar to you – or you have the ambition to work on you quickly. Training in the banking, insurance or real estate sector or a comparable qualification is a good basis.
