ITSC Manager (m/w/d)

Contact persons in all questions about the construction, operation and further development of the ITSCM (IT-Service Continuity Management) and internal requirements Optimization of the resilience of the group of companies and cooperation with other disciplines, in particular risk management, BCM and ISM Rollout of the ITSCM in central administration and company-wide Cooperation with different roles of ISMS Planning, implementation and follow-up of emergency exercises and recovery tests Ensuring the ITSCM process through analyses, internal controls and checks Creation or Cooperation in creating emergency documents such as manuals, recovery and emergency plans

Complete studies in business informatics, business management, engineering or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience as SAP QM consultant, ideally in the S/4HANA environment. Knowledge gained in customizing the SAP QM module and in integration with other SAP modules. Experience in implementing quality management processes and systems. Analytical thinkability, proactive functioning and communication strength. Project management experience and a high affinity for digital processes.
