What you do with us:

You play a central role in the further development of our HR-IT landscape. This means:

You develop and optimize our SAP HCM modules (PA/OM) and ensure their stable operation. You take the customizing, enter the 2nd and 3rd level support and ensure smooth operation within the existing system landscape. You analyse the requirements of the departments and implement them in a technical manner – always with regard to data quality, compliance and interfaces. You accompany the change from on-premise to cloud solutions such as SuccessFactors Employee Central and introduce new technological approaches. You work in an interdisciplinary team of HR IT specialists: inside and actively shape our HR IT landscape of the future.
