Technical Lead / Product Owner – Core Platform Services (m/f/d)

• As part of your activity, you will understand both the customer and technical requirements of the software solution and design the backlog for your team that reflects user needs and business requirements -You take responsibility for the backlogs including all requirements, functions and suggestions for improvement and actively tax your development team -You define and prioritize features, bug fixes and refactoring measures to continuously improve the product -You make sure that the products are delivered with defined KPIs on time and in the required quality -Together with the product management, our lead architects and other stakeholders, you shape the technical roadmap and strengthen cross-departmental cooperation -You are driving forward the continuous improvement of our solutions and thus contributing to the company's innovative strength

-You have a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification and want to design software with real impact -You have several years of experience as Product Owner or Technical Lead, ideally in the field of software -You bring experience and sound knowledge in the area of Mircoservice architectures and Kubernetes based platforms with -Authentication and Authorization Topics and Platform Security Aspects are Benefit -You bring well-founded knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe, a certification (PSPO, CPO, etc.) is beneficial -Your pronounced earnings orientation helps you formulate customer expectations and translate them into technical requirements -You have communication and moderation capabilities, go around safely with stakeholders and promote a motivating work environment in your team -Verhandlungssicherunge Deutsch- und Englischen Wissen in Word und Schrift complete your profile
