Wiesbaden Managers Full time Settlement – unlimited Within the production department we are looking for a team management for our production sites Wiesbaden or Wallau. Our team of electronic experts is looking forward to you!

You take the fine planning for your team with 5–15 employees and make a timely production Your leadership tasks include holiday releases, controlling, hourly ticket release, leadership of team meetings and coordination of the incorporation of new employees in your team You can analyze technical problems, develop solutions together with design and production planning and implement them in the team You support the group leader in evaluating existing work processes, identifying potential for improvement and defining and implementing new solutions You actively report to the group leader You represent your team and are contact person*in for your team members You act as an interface for material supply and production planning for your team

For this position, we are looking for a new colleague who will meet the high quality demands of our customers and who feels safe in the work as a manager. A great addition to our team is if you can identify yourself with the following technical qualifications. CHECKLIST You have a completed training in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics with professional experience in the electronics field as well as initial experience in managing employees A further training for the technician or master*in is advantageous for the activity You have a high level of commitment and draw your attention through your independent and targeted work In addition to your team and conflict, you have a high social competence Moreover, experience in dealing with an ERP system is desirable Good knowledge of German in word and writing is required for this position
