This network is coordinated by the Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin. It has the overall project management and is the headquarters of the NUM Coordination Office. The coordinating body is the core of the network. It plans and manages its activities and is the central contact for the entire network with its respective stakeholders/partners at the sites and in the projects (scientists). At 01.07.2025, the network goes into a third funding phase.

They act as a personal assistance of the management of the coordinating body NUM They support the project on all issues arising within the framework of the NUM, especially in the event organisation, office organisation (including the creation and maintenance of address distributors, support in the storage system), event planning and implementation, ordering and accounting They support the personnel management of the project, in particular in the recruitment and administration of personnel (e.g. participation in recruitment processes, onboarding new project staff and holiday planning) They are responsible for communication with scientists and the nationwide network partners of the NUM They supervise committee meetings including logging You are the central telephone contact person in the NUM (including requests from the network partners) They work in the constitution of reports They work on monitoring necessary work from the network including Quality and completeness testing with They work with NUM-internal queries and surveys as well as with the evaluation and preparation of the results

You have a completed degree (Bachelor) with reference to health and/or science management or -administration or a completed commercial training You have at least two years of professional experience related to the field of responsibility; preferably in public administration Experiences in university work environment, in a health facility, clinic or scientific institution are advantageous Experience in project management is beneficial They show high motivation, learning ability, self-responsibility and reliability A structured, result-oriented and independent way of working, combined with a high degree of organizational talent, flexibility, loadability and team orientation Very good communication skills and high sense of responsibility complete your profile You have very good MS teams and MS Office knowledge
